Kangaroo farm

We went to a kangaroo farm during the weekend, we were lucky enough to take our nieces Liv and Ella with us. We had alot of fun with the girls. It felt like a good experience for us, taking care of those two felt very confortable and natural for us. We realized that we are a good team and even though we only took care of them for 4 hours, it made us think about our future children and about how ready we really are. We really can't wait to have our own and take them to cool places like we did we our wonderful nieces. Thanks to Tiffany and Tore we got to play a different role, the responsable adults and it was fun! During our driving to the farm the girls were singing "Chicken noodle soup" and other fun songs that made our day more interesting. It took us a little bit more over an hour to get there, so the children's cd from McDonalds was a good distraction for the girls. Once we got there we took a tour around the farm. Nils was in charge on Liv and I was with Ella. We took a lot of pictures and enjoy every moment we spent at the farm. We feed the wallaby, kangaroos, donkey and llamas. I think everyone's favorite part was feeding the llamas, because we feed them with our mouths and got to kiss them as well. We were very surprise when little Ella put a pellet on her mouth and wanted to feed the llama with her mouth and "get a kiss". Liv was a little more hesitated about it, but eventually she gave in and didn't want to stop. At the end of the tour the girls and I got to hold a baby wallaby. On our way back we stopped at McDonalds for lunch and the girls were lucky since we found a McDonalds with a playground so they played for a lil bit. We expected the girls to be tired and whinny on the drive back home but Ella falled sleep and Liv was happy singing her songs. We had an awesome time and I even got to change a diaper, which I thought it was funny, because I wasn't expecting it, but I'm glad I was there because I found out that Nils doesn't know how to change one. So thanks for the good times girls!
